I leased out a flat from this agency, subsequent to moving in , the same saturday the kitcken burned with all our kitchen items and led to the whole apartment being covered in smoke and fire extinguisher dust. The manager in the Loftus office is very rude, she never respond positIvely, and the agent was not helpful in assisting how to resolve the matter. its been a month without a way forward , and when one calls or email them they are still waiting on the owner or insurance . It is very heartbreaking as my furniture items are locked in the apartment and I do not know whether I will have accomodation or not come next month. The weird part is also receiving billing for March while I never rented on Feb.
I closed my account exactly 1 year ago on 13th May 2023 , till to date they have not updated my credit bureau status and their *********** staff at centurion mall, menlyn mall will send me from pillar to post.
I ordered grocery items using Checkers 360 app using Checkers Boulevard as a closest store, they cancelled my order without reason and credit into my checkers 360 account of which I have no idea why. calling them was also no use, why have an alternative choice on the app if you can't deliver successfully.
I have paid off my arrears in May last year and to date MTN has not updated their systems and this is unacceptable. I went to Centurion Mall, Menlyn Mall, Castle Gate and they all refer me to a call centre which never assists me.
I cancelled my Rain 5G modem 4 months ago and they are still deducting money and not collecting, I have two modems which were never collected since last year and they keep deducting and increasing their monthly fees, without engaging the clients. It has become the most expensive wifi right now.
I paid my bradlows account on 16 may 2023 and to this date they have still not delisted my account on the credit buruaes. They did not send me a paid up letter and do not update their accounts in time. I have emailed them more than 10 times and with no response. it is more than 70 days and this affects me credit score.
Nedbank call centres do not answer their telephones and if they do they do not assist . I have been trying to resolve my issue and the branch does not want to assist.

I had difficulty getting hold of FNB bank and barrett & Ass to finalise my loan payment. I remember contacting them with no luck of negotiation for the settlement on the loan , after months of reviewing FNB on Hellopeter platform , I was assisted and they contacted me and kept updating me with the process even though it took a month for me to receive the settlement offer , I finally did receive it. I can finally close this FNB debt to sleep and not have to waste money on contacting their call centers back and forth.
Bad service from Barret and Associates , I have been trying to get my refund for the past 14 days for an over payment I did they keep telling me about fnb not processing my payment one can not even get through the very fnb call centre.
