I made a claim in 2023 and submitted the application, which was approved was informed to pay for my access and the insurance will follow-up with the third party. Till today no feedback on my access payment.
Insurance price increases with 30% without a proper assessment of the car, my car is depreciating but my insurance is lncreasing. Different debits every month.
I have booked and appointment with clicks Atterbury clinic for baby immunization, confirmed with clicks booking department about state stock was informed that they have stock. When i drive to the store the following day i am informed that there is no stock , The Nurse was just rude about it, acted like he doesn’t care. The customer service at clicks is poor, not even apology for the inconvenience caused.
I have a private account with standard bank, for 2 months now. I am already getting a *****ulent debit orders and when I contact standard bank they told me that i need to pay R45 for me to get the information of this company debiting *****ulently in my account. Is this a money making scheme and how many people are being debited by this ICB EPIC company with aid from standard bank?
I had a issue with payment when moretyme changed from taking money directly from the account for installment payments. I deposited money into my tymebank account and the payment went through but moretyme is still showing as unpaid transaction. I called the bank was given a ref number and the case was closed without the problem being resolved. I called the bank they informed me there is nothing they can do, though on my account it shows non payment.
After i was paying double the amount for my life cover i decided to cancel the policy with 1life . But ever since i stopped the policy i have been receiving calls everyday different numbers from 1life. I have told them before the couldn’t beat the current life insurance. That did not stop the harassment. Stop calling me 1life.
Standard bank We have app**** for a homeloan , was informed to open a private account with standard bank which my husband is still in a process of doing so , but this has literally taken him 2 weeks and even today the account has not been opened. So much for private bankers. Now we have a delay in having our dream home. Poos services from private bankers

I have 2 months renting at Lombardy meander apartments paying full price every month, my shower door was broken before i move in and the basin leaking. They promised it will be fixed. Even after many communications with then nothing is done,yet i am still paying the rent on a monthly basis. Maybe is the color of my skin that makes them take things this light , i wonder if i was white will this be approached the same way?
