Purchased a new S26 on 3rd March 2026. The next day I attempted to cancel the order due to the incorrect colour chosen. I contacted the Call centre for assistance to either swop the colour for blue or do a refund. I has been over 30 days, and I have been calling the call centre often for an update. At first, I was promised a colour change and a week ago they promised a refund, I have not received my phone or go my money back to date. This is pathetic service from an internation company.

Since the merger with internet express their customer service has been poor. We have request feedback for months regarding a printer they delivered t a repair center for us, which was damaged in transit to the repair center, despite the boxing having fragile and this way up labels and our deliver instruction specifying the parcel was delicate. They also do not answer their phones when we call their helpline.
Good day, The ABSA rewards system does not work properly. Every month I have to log cases to have my level correct from 4 to 5 because the rewards system does not allocate my points for my credit card with debit order. This time I have logged multiple cases with the helpdesk and called the helpdesk and the issue is still not resolved since 25 December 2020. My cases are all being closed as resolved but I am still on level 4 rewards and not level 5, I am extremely frustrated with this poor service from ABSA rewards. Please can someone get this issue resolved so I do not have to log the same case every month? Thank you

Good day, I placed an order for a laptop with incredible online on 3rd november 2020. Firstly my delivery was very late. the website says delivery 2-5 working days. my order was delivered on the 13th November 2020. The box was badly damaged with dents and was torn. I am still waiting for my delivery. No one has given me a ETA on the device.
