I am writing to address ongoing issues with my account (Cell Number: 0827710452). I took my damaged phone to Highveld Mall Vodacom for repairs however I am told that I don’t have insurance cover all my monthly bills since I have upgraded do include insurance amount of R117, even now I have received bill of R117 of May 2026, yet my recent request for phone repair was denied. I request: 1. Explanation for the ongoing insurance charges. 2. Review of my repair request or 3. Full refund of all billed insurance amounts since the start of the contract in question and 4. Immediate cancellation of all insurance on my contract.
