Mediocre Service
Worst experience with Damelin Correspondence College. I was doing my first year in 2020 and wrote 3 of my final examinations in November/December 2020. To date I have been requesting for my academic record but to no success. In May 2021, I was requested to resubmit my assignments, and of which I did with the proof that they were acknowledged initially when they were submitted. To date I am still waiting. I have been calling, emailing and even took a day off from work to go and try to sort this out at Success House but with no assistance. On Friday morning, 13th May 2022, I went to Braamfontein (House, 3rd Floor, Success, 2 Melle St, Braamfontein) and guess what....they just made me call again and spoke to Mark from call centre in Cape Town, he was very calm and promised that I will receive my progress report by the Monday, 16th May 2022...still waiting. I really do not understand why they would invest in all these apps and websites but don't keep them updated. I really feel like the cost of getting my results will eventually amount to the cost of the course itself. I hope someone from DCC does monitor this platform because right now I really wouldn't recommend Damelin.

Awesome Service!!!!!
To whom it may concern, I would like to commend the service received from your team for all their efforts in resolving my issue. If all banks could be as efficient as Discovery Bank we wouldn't have to change banks at all. A special thank you to the team that was involved and the patience from all the agents(Pebetse & Sibongile) that answered my calls. It really gives me great joy to be part of Discovery. Awesome Company
Awesome service from the staff at this organization...I am never given the run around whenever I call for assistance. Issues are resolved promptly. Yesterday I was even more impressed when they actually did what they promised. This is the first company in this industry that actually values the client and does not take advantage of their current situation. I will definitely put the word out there. Happy Client

Wonderful and Professional Service from Lesego and the MIWAY Claims Team
