Terrible Service
We just experienced the worst of service we had at this biltong outlet at Baywest Mall, Port Elizabeth. My wife was so badly spoken to, she left the biltong we intended buying on the scale and we left. I suggest that no one support this shop.0 replies

Exceptional Service
Least a vehicle from 23.08.25 at Cape Town Airport. From day 1 Abrie van Rensburg assured us that they'll stay open until our flight arrived (possible after closing time). Their on-line service works great and we were helped in minutes after arriving. Kudos to Abrie and the rest of the team at Cape Town Airport.1 reply

Exceptional and Friendly service
We had an appointment at their Cape Town branch at 11.20am on 02.05.25. We app**** for Visas for 2 persons to visit the Netherlands. Our interview started at 11.10am. and at 11.45am. we left the building. This was the second time we experienced this exceptional and friendly service.1 reply
