WARNING! Don't trust Anthony from Prime Group waterproofing
Don't do any business with the company. They do not honour their guarantee. They are very quick to quote and do the job, but once payment has been done, there are huge delays with getting them to come back and fix the outstanding issues. Less than a year after paying them a substantial amount of money and receiving a 10 year guarantee, our roof has a massive leak. They ignore calls and messages. We have now engaged laywers to hold them accountable as they are extremely dishonest. DO NOT USE THEM. You will regret it! If anybody else has had the same experience with Anthony, pls get in touch so that we can take this matter to the Devi show or Carte Blanche.

Poor ethics
Very disappointed with the service I received from this company. The work was left incomplete, despite clear commitments being made upfront. A number of “value-added” items were promised during the sales process but were never delivered after payment was made. Anthony, the salesperson, was very convincing before the deal was finalized, but once payment went through, communication dropped off and the outstanding work was not followed through as agreed. This created unnecessary frustration and extra effort on my side to try and resolve the situation. I expected a professional standard of delivery and accountability, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I would recommend getting everything in writing and ensuring all deliverables are completed before making final payment.

I contracted Prime Group Seamless Gutters, Waterproofing & Roof Coatings to repair my gutters and roof, including my patio and garage roof. Despite full payment being made, the work was defective. Both the patio roof and garage roof are leaking after their so called repairs. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company by phone and WhatsApp, but they ignore my calls and messages. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability. Consumers should be warned about this company’s lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service.

I have just bought a property and Anthony came to assist which I was advised the job will be done in ten days the people he brought in to assist which I was also advised he worked with them for a long time messed me around never finished the job the team were left alone on their own,no one checking in on them.After a month work still not done,after I paid 80 Percent of the total cost,Anthony and Rob dissapeared not answering calls or WhatsApp messages.I contacted his brother Rob and he advised he does not know where he is and is now not answering my calls or messages,work incomplete and what was done is a mess and has to be redone.

Misleading business practices
I received a quotation for guttering and facia boards. I paid a deposit but five weeks later Prime Waterproofing and Guttering were unable to give me an installation date. Prime Group Seamless Gutters
Prime Group Gutters, seem to use a third party to do their installations. We had gutters installed, which were okay, not professionally installed at all, but work fairly. The REAL LETDOWN was the owner's after-sales service. Completely unresponsive and unhelpful when an issue arose just to come out and add another gutter - ONE GUTTER!!. Wouldn't recommend due to lack of support and completely ignoring my calls and Whatsapp messages, I feel like a fool begging for them to get back to me. They really don't want the small jobs. :( very very disheartening and unimpressed with their attitude.

Prime Group Gutters, seem to use a third party to do their installations. We had gutters installed, which were okay, not professionally installed at all, but work fairly. Primeonline a useless company! NEVER AGAIN!
Their website is primeonline and they also go by the name of Prime Auctions. They contacted me about two years ago because they saw that I was advertising my farm for sale. With lots of sales talk they convinced me to sign a sole mandate with the agreement that they will sell my farm on auction. THAT NEVER HAPPENED, NOT ONCE DID THEY PUT MY FARM ON AUCTION. All they do is place a normal online ad and then disappear.... no communication from them again! I have now sold my farm privately and sent them NUMEROUS messages since 25 June via whatsapp, online and email to remove their advert for my farm but also ZERO response from them. A USELESS company so heed my advice... when they contact you RUN the other way!!
