Poor ethics
Very disappointed with the service I received from this company. The work was left incomplete, despite clear commitments being made upfront. A number of “value-added” items were promised during the sales process but were never delivered after payment was made. Anthony, the salesperson, was very convincing before the deal was finalized, but once payment went through, communication dropped off and the outstanding work was not followed through as agreed. This created unnecessary frustration and extra effort on my side to try and resolve the situation. I expected a professional standard of delivery and accountability, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I would recommend getting everything in writing and ensuring all deliverables are completed before making final payment.

No service to students
Absolutely regret my choice to study with Milpark. No response on emails. Wueries just gets ignored and no solutions are provided. Test dates incorrect causing me to miss one of my online tests and no response was received after several queries were lodged.
