I have just bought a property and Anthony came to assist which I was advised the job will be done in ten days the people he brought in to assist which I was also advised he worked with them for a long time messed me around never finished the job the team were left alone on their own,no one checking in on them.After a month work still not done,after I paid 80 Percent of the total cost,Anthony and Rob dissapeared not answering calls or WhatsApp messages.I contacted his brother Rob and he advised he does not know where he is and is now not answering my calls or messages,work incomplete and what was done is a mess and has to be redone.
Since I have joined cartrack I have had issues,the consultants firstly when you call in puts the calls down in your ear,you have to call multiple times to get to speak to someone.I sent an email to management three months ago and to date have not received any feedback from them as they never available to speak to you.i scheduled an upgrade three weeks ago they took the money already then when I called they said payment must be done before they can upgrade which is not the truth,then my 8am appointment booked for the upgrade they advised that the technician cancelled the job,then I was again put back in the queue someone else put me through to a technician and advised he was outside my gate but he was at an incorrect address.
