Poor workmanship and no response after payment

I contracted Prime Group Seamless Gutters, Waterproofing & Roof Coatings to repair my gutters and roof, including my patio and garage roof. Despite full payment being made, the work was defective. Both the patio roof and garage roof are leaking after their so called repairs. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company by phone and WhatsApp, but they ignore my calls and messages. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability. Consumers should be warned about this company’s lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service.
