DO NOT make use of this company. I ordered in Feb...waited 3 months just to be told my item got lost from CHINA, and they are refusing to give a refund. They sent the order again - completely disregarding and ignoring my request for a refund...and I'm still waiting. DO NOT support this company. It's May and I still don't have anything in my hands.

I am totally disgusted in the lack of communication from the item I purchased 13 May 2026 #949892 and did not received to date. Total of R1 774-99 was paid and if I knew this would happen, I would have purchased the ice machine locally. Even on Whassup one only get promises and no feedback except for little hearts and my team will contact you. This is totally not on or is this yet another **** doing the rounds?

I purchased chairs from One Deal A Day, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. The chairs were delivered damaged, and despite contacting their customer service with photos and proof, they have refused to replace or assist in resolving the issue. I am very unhappy with both the quality of the product and the lack of customer support. I would advise future buyers to be cautious when ordering from this store, as they do not seem willing to resolve issues when things go wrong.

I purchased chairs from One Deal A Day, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. I've ordered on the 3rd of May, since 8th of May my order was processing.. I've tried to contact via email, WhatsApp and tried calling(getting voicemail), sent a message via Facebook.. I can't get anyone to answer me on when my order will be sent.. Very poor service and I don't recommend anyone to order through one deal a day.. you will be waiting forever for your order..

I ordered and paid for a smart watch at the beginning of April 2026, only to be told that the watch price had increased and they had incorrectly invoiced me . I sent all the banking details through to them on the 8th April and today is the 18 May and Im still waiting for my refund! Why does this company have such poor refund policy and work ethic . When they require payment they message you and tell you the item is going out of stock etc but to get back my own money , it’s like Im begging every day . Do better ! Your products are such bad quality . I bought a clothes hanger to hang up and shoes abd it collapsed . It falls over even when there’s nothing on it , did you refund me no. Did I send you a video yes, did you ignore me yes. Why did I buy again because I will always give a company a second chance but not again!

I purchased a blender from One Deal A Day on 01 April 2026 and only received it on 13 April after repeatedly requesting updates and a tracking number. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor, with little to no proactive feedback from the company. On 16 April, during the very first use, the blender leaked immediately while only containing water. This is unacceptable and potentially dangerous for an electrical appliance. Despite reporting the issue straight away, the faulty item was only collected on 29 April, again after numerous follow-ups, unanswered messages, and unfulfilled promises. Every interaction seemed to involve excuses rather than solutions. On 08 May, One Deal A Day requested my banking details in order to process the refund. However, today they informed my partner that these details were only requested on 12 May, which is completely incorrect and contradicts the email records we have. To date, I still have not received my refund. Once again, we had to follow up ourselves just to get an update, only to be told that the EFT would “be processed today.” This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Delayed delivery, a faulty product, poor communication, constant excuses, and an unnecessarily drawn-out refund process. I will definitely not be supporting One Deal A Day again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.

Ordered on the 15th of April 2026 and until today its been on (packing) they said it will be out by yesterday morning and yet its not updated on the system and they are ignoring my messages. 3rd time ive ordered from them and this is the 1st time having issues with them. Terrible service and like they said manager will phone and confirm why its been delayed and until today no phone call. #$# service
