I ordered and paid for a smart watch at the beginning of April 2026, only to be told that the watch price had increased and they had incorrectly invoiced me . I sent all the banking details through to them on the 8th April and today is the 18 May and Im still waiting for my refund! Why does this company have such poor refund policy and work ethic . When they require payment they message you and tell you the item is going out of stock etc but to get back my own money , it’s like Im begging every day . Do better ! Your products are such bad quality . I bought a clothes hanger to hang up and shoes abd it collapsed . It falls over even when there’s nothing on it , did you refund me no. Did I send you a video yes, did you ignore me yes. Why did I buy again because I will always give a company a second chance but not again!
