I am totally disgusted in the lack of communication from the item I purchased 13 May 2026 #949892 and did not received to date. Total of R1 774-99 was paid and if I knew this would happen, I would have purchased the ice machine locally. Even on Whassup one only get promises and no feedback except for little hearts and my team will contact you. This is totally not on or is this yet another **** doing the rounds?
Hi I bought a watch for my husband and returned it due to the fact it was not compatible with his cellphone card. I have been waiting since 20 September for my refund and was told the money will be paid once funds is available! Yet they brag with a 7day wait to refund. This is absolutely the worst experience I ever had with an online company, firstly I was told 25% will not be refunded and then I had to pay another R199-00 to get the watch back to them. Please advise what I can do in terms of getting my money back, your help is appreciated immensely.
