NDA national debt advisors useless
I have been in contact with these people since late January to remove my flag. I understand that NCR had a cyber attack they also put measures in place to allow client to be removed from debt review. However my DC till today cant remove me from Debt counselling. They have been lying to me for two months straight without giving me an alternative. Dont ever go into debt counselling people..this is the most frustratiom process ever. While credit beauruex is willing to help they just dont care. The new process takes only 2 minutes to complete but they are giving me week in and week out different excuses.. NDA is useless really..They just dont care about the consumers.

Just as S H I T as the rest.
I cant believe history repeats its self, I joined NDA cause I left DEBT BUSTERS. I left because they were terrible, once again they started strong and got terrible, now I am dealing with the same. Started strong and now NDA have dropped the ball, I have left emails and Called and i get no response. the service of these companies are all disgusting. none of you care. no one. This whole situation is a S C A M, i have realized that everyone out there is after your money and no one is there too help.

Debt Review is a ****
I really don't know where to start , but my life has been in a roller-coaster with NDA it all started with monthly statements which were not a true reflection of what was happening with my accounts , the outstanding amount were too different to those of my lenders . When I asked a clarification about those differences I was told that the statement was about ensuring that the money was distributed .On November 2025 I borrowed money to settle all my accounts but since then I have never received my Clearance Certificate , this is destroying my credit history , what is funny they never forget to try to deduct my money every month. So ,so disappointed actually Debt Review is a **** on its own .

Court proceedings documents still not received
having complains with the lady by the name Preshana, made countless calls to her regarding sending required documents needed for court proceedings being the 14.1 , 14.2 and proposal letter since the 26th January 2026. when one calls the agents advise that she is on a call and will schedule a call back which she doesn't, hardly response via email even after countless attempts to remind her about the required documents. If there was a possibility of not putting a star on this review I would have done so, it is a shame that a whole company suffers due to 1 agents incompetence. [email protected] [email protected]

Poor customer service stay away
Poor service. On Saturday I signed up with company, come Monday I decided that I’m not proceeding with the application. Upon notifying them I’m being sent from pillar to post just to confirm my cancellation it’s now a mission even the debt counsellor that was assisting me by the name of “poko or kopo” is nowhere to be found he was quick to send through a debit order mandate request, today I have called about 3 times and I get told that he will call me back but nothing.
