Long journey I had with them, but I'm greatful to them for saving me from debts I had, now I'm finally free and looking forward to financial freedom, thanks to NDA team!
Yesterday at about 5am I woke up to an sms to say my order has been dispatched however at around 13:00 the delivery guy sent me a WhatsApp text to say they outside to deliver my order from SHEIN, then I went out only to receive 1 item out of 5 items ordered then I asked the driver about the remaining items and he said they will deliver the rest some other time and I got shocked and confused as to why is that, after that he drove off whilst I'm still enquiring about my other items. I then contacted Buffalo logistics customer service centre I gave them the tracking number and they advised me that only 1 item was received by them and I should contact my supplier regarding the remaining items and I did exactly what they said, however I contacted SHEIN, SHEIN advised me that no missing items they shipped all my ordered items, right now I'm frustrated I don't know what to do, I sent countless emails to both SHEIN and Buffalo logistics but no positive feedback, the only feedback that I get is that my items were delivered, yes I don't dispute the fact that the delivery was done but what about the items that are missing for Godsake I mean right now I don't know what to think whether my items were ****** by the drivers or what, please kindly assist me regarding this issue because this is really frustrating me.
