Debt review turned my manageable debt into a complete mess.
I entered debt review with National Debt Advisors for debt under R15,000 after being promised it would make repayments easier and help me clear debt faster. Instead, after paying R2,200 a month for 4 months (R8,800 total), accounts that were perfectly up to date suddenly fell into arrears because creditors were receiving tiny payments while interest continued building. So now, instead of being “helped,” I’m left fixing missed payments, added interest, and damaged accounts that were never even behind to begin with. The process of leaving was also nowhere near as simple and cheerful as it was made to sound when signing up. If your debt is relatively low and still manageable, please think very carefully before entering debt review. In my experience, it created far more stress and complications than solutions.

Charged for a cleaning fee
I am absolutely disgusted! I took a trip from the mall to my workplace and the total cost was R45, a few days later I see I was charged R500 for a cleaning fee and I know for certain that I did not make a mess in the Uber
