Once again, no response from an international brand, I hope you guys are witnessing the shocking customer service we getting from this brand. They obviously have no response for the poor quality of there product.

I ordered a pair of jeans from them and unfortuantely it didnt fit (small), i logged a return(exchange) but i was told their i am way out of reach for their courier , i then request for their address so that i can send them the item and they refund me, from this i have not response and i have followed up a few times, i didnt not expect this kind of experince from them its disappointing

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I attempted to buy their jeans online which clearly advertised on the website at a discounted price of R529 (51%). When I added the item to my cart, the price changed to R1099. I immediately contacted their customer service and provided screenshots as proof. Despite multiple follow-up, delays and assurance that the matter was escalated, I didn't receive any meaningful resolution. The promotion has since been removed, and I was told that the the R1099 is the price that applies, which I find misleading and unfair.

Amazing and friendly service I don’t have words for the service we got, walked into the wood mead outlet and I am so pleased, Dolly assisted us from start to finish, helping us look for sizes and look perfect in our jeans, we also received amazing love at the Till , Bongani was amazing giving us a big smile while we paid… This is the kind of service i just can’t wait to receive again. You guys have an amazing team, Dolly and Bongani, Thank you guys :)

I have a problem my wife bought me 4jeans at Levi's online all if them were my size but 3 of them could not fit i think its because of the cut/type, when we tried to return them back the system could not allow it as it has certain day to allow returns. We then went from Empangeni to Durban (Levi's store) however we were told that items bought online can not be returned to the shop. We are now stucked with 3jeans costing more then R1500 but can not do anything with them. This policy of online items can not be returned to shop should be reviewed coz its disadvantages us as customers. I wrote to Levi's but did not received any feedback
