I ordered a pair of jeans from them and unfortuantely it didnt fit (small), i logged a return(exchange) but i was told their i am way out of reach for their courier , i then request for their address so that i can send them the item and they refund me, from this i have not response and i have followed up a few times, i didnt not expect this kind of experince from them its disappointing
Ordered an item on Diesel’s online store on the third of March and the item is still not delivered after on their site it said delivery would talke between 3-6 days, no communication from them, calls and emails being forwarded from one person to the next I asked to speak to their Manager “Adrian” amd was told he was busy and i was promised he would call me back but as expected he did not.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Bought from them on the 3rd of March and my order is still not delivered they claim there was a delay because the address was incorrect but it is my correct address There is no communication from them unless you call. Disappointing service!!!!!
