Purchased shoes last week and received old shoes 2 days ago, reached out via email and telephonically spoke to two agents who were absolutely rude and failed to get back to me as promised. The shoes are worn out, soles chipped and the front pointy part torn. The return policy has requirements that the item doesn’t have and compels me to agree to conditions I don’t want to because this is no ordinary return situation. Having looked at previous reviews and the behaviour of the customer service I doubt I will get a refund.

Worst experience ever. In December 2025 my husband and I purchased items from Diesel Century City. In January 2026 we returned a T-shirt. We bought via PayJustNow! To date we haven’t received our refund! Diesel messed up the refund and refunded the wrong customer and now they shifting the blame on PayJustNow! The two gentlemen I spoke to today were not listening to me and told me I need to wait another 10-14 days I mean since January

I bought shoes on their diesel online portal they delivered the wrong shoe size I've been making contact with no luck no one their side is getting back to me. I would really like to get my refund and get them to collect their shoes

The manager at Diesel at the Menlyn branch was extremely unprofessional. His behavior was appalling and wanted to get physical with customers. Very uncouth with zero decorum.

I ordered shoes online and they were faulty Immediately logged a return ,a week later they haven’t collected the shoes I have been communicating with them with no response I would not recommend Diesel online it has the worst serving have ever experienced

Poor service -They don't even deserve the 1 star.I ordered a sneaker online, but the wrong size was delivered to me.I sent multiple emails, but no one cares to respond in time. They respond after 3 days with no resolution. Even now, I'm still waiting for them to deliver the correct size but they tell me about SLA, which does not make sense because they made a mistake in the first place. Agents at the call centre do not care
