Purchased shoes last week and received old shoes 2 days ago, reached out via email and telephonically spoke to two agents who were absolutely rude and failed to get back to me as promised. The shoes are worn out, soles chipped and the front pointy part torn. The return policy has requirements that the item doesn’t have and compels me to agree to conditions I don’t want to because this is no ordinary return situation. Having looked at previous reviews and the behaviour of the customer service I doubt I will get a refund.
