Wimpy Century City rude GM (Marius)
I went to wimpy Century city Cape Town, where I normally go to buy lunch. I received my order and I wasn’t happy with my food, the manager came and explained to me my food is not up to the standard I usually get. Marius the GM then rudely asked me “ do you want the food or you want me to refund you?” Not once did I say to him I want my money back. He’s was so rude I’m never going to that wimpy again0 replies

Karabo Lanseria
Bad bad experience in Lanseria, we left with a bag from Cape Town without paying for it and when we returned back From Lanseria we were asked to pay for our bag, no consistency, bad bad customer service from both Karabo’s at the boarding gate who refused to give his surname.0 replies

Waiting on refund
I returned 2 items and only got refunded for one. The items where collected by the courier guy last week Friday, according to the agent I spoke to the warehouse never received the blanket that was collected:( I’m so disappointed. I want my money please 🙏0 replies
