Bought a 3 tshirts via Diesel Online South Africa but only received 2 tshirts
They did pay my claim just that their processes are lil slow but other than that I’m happy
Use less insurance, the assessors give a run around when they suppose to give you an outcome. Because of them i wont be able to eat Christmas with my family
Their processes are so slow, you claim for warranty and you’d swear that you claiming for comprehensive
I lodged a claim last week Tuesday still even today i havent received a response for just a stratch and dent claim, the assessors are quite even when you call no ones pick the call from their department. They are just useless while taking their premiums every month😡😡
File a claim with their warranty plan and still not received authorisation even today. They are the worst ever but they are good in deducting premiums
Pmd rejected my claim then they returned my car with stollen parts, reported to them and at first they denied that they were any parts missing and the guys from their storage they even cut the whole wiring from the car then provided proof to them that items were there when they took the car then after having proof they accepted the responsibility of loss and said they gonna pay me for the missing items. Ive been communicating with Zolani Ngwenya from the complaint department and he gave me the worst service ever, his attitude is filthy stinking, one day he says something then the next day he’s changing his statement and now hes saying they gonna pay for some of the items not all of them
