I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I attempted to buy their jeans online which clearly advertised on the website at a discounted price of R529 (51%). When I added the item to my cart, the price changed to R1099. I immediately contacted their customer service and provided screenshots as proof. Despite multiple follow-up, delays and assurance that the matter was escalated, I didn't receive any meaningful resolution. The promotion has since been removed, and I was told that the the R1099 is the price that applies, which I find misleading and unfair.
I placed an order on the 17th and till today there is no order tracking number issued, no communication. Sent through a few mail and tried their wed chat, but all they do is send "request confirmation emails. This was my second online order and with my first one I never expierenced such BAD service. So disappointed..!!
Was at McDonald's Waterfall Mall Rustenburg now at about 08:52 ...got a very long que, with only one cashier, when I asked her if she was the only cashier, she just said yes, "with an attitude". The lady before me order Big Mac meal and she was told that they had no fries?and it was my turn, I order a Breakfast wrap, AND THEY ALSO SAID, THEY DID HAVE THE BREAKFAST WRAP in the morning ?...there was no note whatsoever that at least infomed that long que of customers behind me that they don't have anything this morning ???
