Once again, no response from an international brand, I hope you guys are witnessing the shocking customer service we getting from this brand. They obviously have no response for the poor quality of there product.
Poor product and poorer customer service, acknowledge but no response.
Can someone at Vodacom please tell me why they allow these call centres to make our lives unbearable, we work and still we have to put up with this calls day and night, why are you not blocking these calls off your network. If I can download an app to let me know who is calling why can't you block these idiots. Please I would love to know.
I find this company really frustrating, I receive up to 20 calls from them a day and with me pleading that I have insurance they still call and after hours as well, My next review will be to Vodacom who can screen these calls but there greed is as bad.
Funeral policy, Although they don't respond to anything here goes my review and experience dealing with Old Mutual, Funeral policy I had to cancel as they only paid out 20k but they continued deducting funds even after I cancelled the policy. They target the working class. There walk in centre agents were very dismissive and rude with no empathy what so ever.
It has been my experience that Outsurance is the biggest ******, My vehicle was high Jacked 15 weeks ago and they pressured me to take the vehicle to there service providers and to date my vehicle is still regarded as ****** and they returned my vehicle in a non running state. For 15 weeks I have been asking for some type of resolution but to date its always another report they waiting on. This is how I feed my family and they certainly don't give toss about there clients so if you reading this please note that you will be treated the same.
