I joined ImasFinance through my employer which had an agreement with ImasFinance .Ages ago that agreement ended ,but ImasFinance has continued to deduct a membership fee without fail at the same time they are happy to tell me I have no benefits as a member.I have over the years tried a numerous times to have it cancelled without any success.Their offices ,call center agents and emails are all useless.They operate as an unregulated entity.

I am struggling to have my account closed. Account settled and documents to terminate my membership submitted. Been dealing with Tshepho and Daphney Chellan, they are not even bothered to respond. Can someone who is willing to assist please advise what is happening? This is so dissappointing. The treatment you get when applying for a loan and closing it off is different. A Tshepo on Whatsapp telling me to complete another form, when asked why was I not told , tells me he does not answer as to why other agents did not inform me. That is so strange that out of more than 5 agents , he is the only one who knows about this form. What can one say maybe it reveals the kind of service one endures for closing the account before the term ends. It is so nice and wonderful when you are busy paying.

I cannot believe that I am writing a second complaint on Hello Peter regarding the same unresolved issue with the same company. As a consumer, what is one supposed to do to receive assistance when queries are simply ignored? I am still awaiting a response explaining why my vehicle repayment increased as follows: November: R3,082.83 December: R3,817.83 26 February: R4,117.77 This reflects an increase of R1,034.94 in approximately three months, with no explanation or justification provided. Despite this ongoing dispute, I have now received yet another increase for March, bringing my repayment to R4,567.64. This is yet another increase from the already disputed amount of R4,117.77, and once again, no communication or breakdown has been provided. I have been paying towards this vehicle account for over 60 months and have approximately 11 months remaining. The vehicle is a 2019 model, and I am struggling to understand how my instalment can increase so drastically at this late stage of the contract. I am formally requesting: A full, written explanation for each increase A detailed breakdown of how these amounts were calculated Immediate resolution of this matter These unexplained and continuous increases are unacceptable and financially distressing. I expect urgent feedback and accountability from the company.

If I could give IMAS Insurance Brokers zero stars, I would. I originally cancelled my policy with them because they consistently failed to assist me when I was actually in need. You would think cancelling would be the end of it, but it only got worse. After I officially cancelled, they still went ahead and ********ly deducted premiums from my account TWO more times. Trying to get my own money refunded has turned into an absolute nightmare. They have been giving me an endless, infuriating runaround. First, they blamed the delay on me, saying I didn't attach a copy of my ID. Once I sent that through, they completely changed their story and now have the audacity to claim they "never received the premiums" at all—even though they are the ones who deducted the money from my account! The sheer lack of accountability, competence, and professionalism is staggering. They are quick to take your money but will fight you tooth and nail to give it back when they make a mistake. Do not trust these brokers with your finances. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere and would never recommend IMAS Insurance Brokers to anyone. Save yourself the immense headache.
