I am struggling to have my account closed. Account settled and documents to terminate my membership submitted. Been dealing with Tshepho and Daphney Chellan, they are not even bothered to respond. Can someone who is willing to assist please advise what is happening? This is so dissappointing. The treatment you get when applying for a loan and closing it off is different. A Tshepo on Whatsapp telling me to complete another form, when asked why was I not told , tells me he does not answer as to why other agents did not inform me. That is so strange that out of more than 5 agents , he is the only one who knows about this form. What can one say maybe it reveals the kind of service one endures for closing the account before the term ends. It is so nice and wonderful when you are busy paying.
Utter disgust on how your agent Kyle spoke with me. Told him to cancel the deal as I will deal with someone. He just blue ticked me. He is full of himself.
I am so so disappointed and really shocked at the service I have received from a woman I spoke was not ready for me , she then put me on hold. Then came back unprepared. Switched to Zulu not sure who advised her I am. She then raised her voice and dropped the call. Left me hanging just like that. Such rudeness. Call was @08.29am with a female agent.
My funeral cover placed on hold due to a debit order that never went through . Furstly I have funds, secondly you offered me an account upgrade. I contacted you guys now and the agent decided to mute me . I am not going to be liable for rd fees. Make sure that a manager makes contact cause im really angry

I am getting calls and smses about a Ruth Blossom who has been handed over. I do not even know this person. Been using my number since 2007, which was my staff number. Just now at 01.45pm received a call from this very rude agent, she called from 0834545064. Shouting at me. I spoke to a Kagiso on your WhatsApp platform few days ago, he promised to remove my contact number. Every person I have spoken to promises and I am still receiving calls. I am really fed up right now. Teach your staff customer service as I am not going to tolerate this behaviour.
Your consultant named Nokuthula, is very rude. I would like for her manager to listen to the call @11.18am. She even gave me a go ahead to report her. She refused for me to speak to her manager, told me she reports to Customercare. She is condescending and very impatient. talks over a customer. I am very annoyed and disappointed right now . I have never experienced this kind of service. She even said she is dropping the call.
I am unable to get any assistance from Pick N Pay. Wrote a review about Pick n Pay Hypermarket Soweto. I have not been assisted. I am receiving smses that my query is closed . No one bothered to assist me. I need my invoice for a purchase on the 01.08.2023 for a top loader and chest freezer. How many times must I beg for things I bought with my money? This is not on.
