Bad customer service
I am struggling to have my account closed. Account settled and documents to terminate my membership submitted. Been dealing with Tshepho and Daphney Chellan, they are not even bothered to respond.
Can someone who is willing to assist please advise what is happening? This is so dissappointing. The treatment you get when applying for a loan and closing it off is different. A Tshepo on Whatsapp telling me to complete another form, when asked why was I not told , tells me he does not answer as to why other agents did not inform me. That is so strange that out of more than 5 agents , he is the only one who knows about this form. What can one say maybe it reveals the kind of service one endures for closing the account before the term ends. It is so nice and wonderful when you are busy paying.
