I cannot believe that I am writing a second complaint on Hello Peter regarding the same unresolved issue with the same company. As a consumer, what is one supposed to do to receive assistance when queries are simply ignored? I am still awaiting a response explaining why my vehicle repayment increased as follows:
November: R3,082.83 December: R3,817.83 26 February: R4,117.77
This reflects an increase of R1,034.94 in approximately three months, with no explanation or justification provided. Despite this ongoing dispute, I have now received yet another increase for March, bringing my repayment to R4,567.64. This is yet another increase from the already disputed amount of R4,117.77, and once again, no communication or breakdown has been provided. I have been paying towards this vehicle account for over 60 months and have approximately 11 months remaining. The vehicle is a 2019 model, and I am struggling to understand how my instalment can increase so drastically at this late stage of the contract. I am formally requesting:
A full, written explanation for each increase A detailed breakdown of how these amounts were calculated Immediate resolution of this matter
These unexplained and continuous increases are unacceptable and financially distressing. I expect urgent feedback and accountability from the company.
