Finbond mutual bank - FF 74 GH GP! You need to fire this individual! Not keeping a safe following distance, crossing over to over take in on coming lanes endangering other drivers and then to top it all of throwing something out the window smashing our window which is vandalism! Unacceptable behaviour!

Hello,I borrow 1500 in finbond they deducted in 2 months R1140 now they claim I owe them R6100 ,I go there many times they said they gonna fix the error, but they didn't do nothing,now my name is in debt review

Finbond has been debiting my account un authorized which I regard as ******* I have arrangements with their lawyers but they keep debiting my account without my permission I called their head office I was then requested to call the branch for assistance and I was not assisted instead sent back and forth I called their head office again and I received no assistant at all instead they were very rude as usual and this is not the first time I need them to pay my money back immediately

Am recovering from Cancer after 5 years all I wanted was a payment letter so that I can be able to work and start paying my debt but what I got a simple receipt with no letter head,no full information I mean which company would accept that and after calling back I just got transferred from one person to another with no help.

I have been ill treated and misled by Finbond branch manager and area manager in Cape Town adderly street after they made the mistake of not deducting both instalments as they usually do every month they only realised after there was not enough funds after and I was under the impression was paid up.I reached out to them immediately to make arrangements and they agreed to debit the balance in two insralments which was done in March now my credir score is affected for something I never control over also they dont issue updated notifications so that you can monitor your loan which is suspiscious but they are quick to punish am really dissapointed in their service and would say its like digging your own grave Im just warning everyone that accountability is not known with this company.

I had a loan with Finbond, then the account was handed over to debt solution. I then made a settlement arrangement then paid full in December 2025. It's March 2026 now, but Finbond hasn't updated my details on Credit Bureau because Finbond is showing as unpaid account whereas the account was settled and I had requested a paid up letter.
