Bad consumer service
There is no customer etiquette with these people I sent my query on the 13 of May 2026 up until to this day there is no reply and sorting my problem I have paid them in full and they have not issued me with a paid up letter and they did not even update credit bureau to remove the arrears listings They are very bad

CELL C POOR SERVICE
I have a data plan with Cell C that I wanna settle through payment helping me now I requested a settlement letter from Cell with a proof of account for the bank details they written on the settlement letter and they are failing to do that now I will be stuck with a debt that I wanted to settle and move on with life I want the proof of account Cell C as in yesterday you are delaying the process with your unprofessional consultants that don't even know what's the proof of account is Provide me with the bank details confirmation asap

I have been waiting for more than a year now for this company to remove my name on credit bureau as I don't owe them any money and they promised to sort the problem already but till this day they have not come back to me I wish no one this pain and distress they have caused me they are *****sters I want everyone to be aware of them because I am still in trouble because of them

You are failing me because the same accoung I settled with you in May 2025 and you provided me with a paid up letter is the same account that this company called Nimble Group is claiming that I owe them R3300 for whereas I settled the account in full in May already and I have sent you several times this query but you not attending to it I am suffering because of the *****ulent you are doing between you and Nimble Group now on credit bureau Im blacklisted as I have this account on arrears but you know I paid the account in full I have no remaining balance You knew very well when I requested a settlements letter to settle the account that you sold the account to third party but you went on and gave me the letter to settle bow I still owe for the same account Nimble Group

Unfair treatment and harrasment
They are ****ming for a paid up account thag I settled with Blue Label Connect in May 2025 already they are claiming that they bought the account from Blue Label Connect in January 2025 before I settled it and I provided them several times with the paid up letter and proof of payment but they are not removing me on credit bureau as they reflect in arrears I know nothing about Nimble Group the only creditor I know was Blue Label Connect ofwhich I paid the account in full I was provided with a paid up letter
