I have been ill treated and misled by Finbond branch manager and area manager in Cape Town adderly street after they made the mistake of not deducting both instalments as they usually do every month they only realised after there was not enough funds after and I was under the impression was paid up.I reached out to them immediately to make arrangements and they agreed to debit the balance in two insralments which was done in March now my credir score is affected for something I never control over also they dont issue updated notifications so that you can monitor your loan which is suspiscious but they are quick to punish am really dissapointed in their service and would say its like digging your own grave Im just warning everyone that accountability is not known with this company.
Its a great pleasure dealing with you the staff are friendly ,patient and very informative.
I have been patient with them about their connection issues for more tha 2 years as a customer .You complain on whatsapp and nonody gets back to you.I pay full price for half a months service.You cant get through their callcentre as well its like they are *****sters.Im beyond disgusted by this service and i understand that now i what to cancel my contract because paid for Jan coverage but has been not working for more than 3 days.
