Toomuchwifi ****
Two weeks of waiting for my router and installation has resulted in a no show. I was scheduled in for Friday the 13th March 2026 between working hours 8am to 17:00pm. I waited the whole day and as the day reached 15:30 I made a follow up call just to see if I was actually going to be served before their installation cutoff time being 17:00pm. I was assured that their technicians were near by so I waited till 16:30 and made another follow up call . The phone rang for 10 mins so I put down and rang again. Finally got through to customer service and it sounded like a huge social party going on in the back ground. I recorded the calls every time. I asked the lady what's happening as the time dragged on to 17:00 while on the call. The lady claimed that their technician tried to call me at 16:30 and there was no answer. Immediately my heart sank and the stress started to seep in . There was no calls made to me what so ever. I checked with my service provider and the confirmed there was no phone calls made to my number at 16:30pm. The only cals that have been dialled were my calls to customers service. I searched the web and to my disgust I found 100 s of complaints that relate to what I have just experienced. Same stories. They book everyone one on a Friday and when it comes close to end of their 17:00pm cutoff it's a chase with no results. I refuse to become a victims of this **** and chase for months with no results. I see allot of people gave up but I am going to drag this group into high court as the damages and loss of income are already affecting me.

Very bad service
They sent technicians at my house to maintenance with out even me requesting them since that day my WiFi is disconnecting ,I can’t watch tv ,I can’t use my devices I have to buy data but every month I’m paying 😡😡😡😡I’ve never been so frustrated I’m sticked and the data keeps on milking me money but I have a wifi that I paid …I tried to call a they said ok they will call me back ,I logged complaints on whattsapp I don’t get help this afternoon again I called for help this lady called Lilitha said she will get back to me as well she didn’t get back to me I’m so dissapointed after I refered my colleagues and friends to you ….i can’t wait for this new wifi they are introducing in our areas to start working I’m so ****ed

Very bad service

Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Internet Issues
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor service I have been receiving since your company installed my WiFi in January 2026. From the first month, I have been experiencing continuous problems with my internet connection. Your maintenance team has made several appointments to come out and resolve the issue, but they repeatedly fail to arrive and do not inform me that they will not be coming. I struggle with my internet connection on a daily basis, yet at the end of each month I still receive a bill that I am expected to pay immediately, otherwise my service will be disconnected. Yesterday I called your office to ask why the technician did not arrive for the scheduled appointment, and no one answered my call. I called again and requested to speak to a manager, but up until today no manager has contacted me. This is the worst service I have ever received from a company. I would appreciate it if a manager could urgently contact me and resolve my ongoing internet issues as soon as possible. Kind regards, Ashley
