And we are expected to pay a full installment at the end of the month.
I paid 7 days ago on the 18th of November and sent POP on WhatsApp as instructed. Now I'm being told it was not verified and the consultant says she doesn't know when the installation will be done. Unfriendly consultant at that. What a horrible service!!!
Went to Khayelitsha superspar yesterday to buy something, realized after paying that it wasn't the price i thought it was and i asked to return it and take my money back, i was told that because I'm paying with a card i can only came back after 3 days!!!
A Mondo consultant called in August offering a contract with MTN wherby i would be paying R200 for 40G data everymonth starting from September, the problem is i'm getting 30G data instead of 40, i called last month and nothing was done and its the same thing again.
