Finbond has been debiting my account un authorized which I regard as ******* I have arrangements with their lawyers but they keep debiting my account without my permission I called their head office I was then requested to call the branch for assistance and I was not assisted instead sent back and forth I called their head office again and I received no assistant at all instead they were very rude as usual and this is not the first time I need them to pay my money back immediately
I have contacted this office in 2025 December regarding complaint against GEPF up until today theres no intervention from their offices I have been copying them in each and every email that I'm writing to GEPF with the hope that they will intervene but no I have directly written to them gave them the background of my complaint all details but still I have not been assisted
For the past 4 years I have been doing follow ups on payment of my son's allowance up until now I haven't received any assistance what is even worse is that each and everytime I call their call centre I'm told the same story that there's no movement on the file even though everything needed was submitted my son is suffering he had to drop out of school as he did not get NSFAS and yet his father left him money and GEPF decided not to pay for no particular reasons I have also contacted their complaints department (GEPO)even their offices did not assist just imagine 4 years of suffering their call centre consultants are very rude and *********** as well as the whole staff of GEPF
They are not paying my son's allowance it's been more than 3 years now everytime we follow up they tell us the samething my son is suffering because of them

I ordered 4 big Macs that come with coke and chips but the cokes were not delivered

They have not been assisting me and my kids particularly my kids their father left money for them but now their are not paying the allowances I have had many meetings and sent many emails explaining my situation but they won't assist
I app**** for my 3 son's allowance in July 2024 but up until now no payment has been made when I made a follow up in August 2024 I was told the 40 days waiting period has not expired I made a follow up again in September 2024 I was told that there was a complaint from my kids Tutor I was asked to submit explaination and supporting documents and I did everything Still no payment made my kids have been suffering for the past 7 months for the first in history my kids did not have Christmas clothes,they did not go on holidays,I could not even prepare for year 2025 schools opening I could not buy uniform and stationary I have been sent back and forth by the Guardians office I again made another application on the 18th of December 2024 for school fees,uniform, stationary,book packs,food allowance and that also has not been paid Today my kids went to school without stationary,without school uniform,the book packs and their schools have not been paid for
I have a loan with Finbond that is supposed to be paid up in March this year This December they debited my account 2 times instead of 1 I called the head office and they asked me to contact the branch I contacted the branch and I was assisted perfectly and they sent documents requesting refund from head office Now the issue is the head office I have been calling them since 11 am this morning they sending me back and forth and the staff there is very rude They just said to me they have not received a request for refund so I should wait so to them it was okay when they took my money now I want my money back they don't care The branch did everything and treated me very well it is the head office that is showing not to care and the ones responsible for my refund I want them to pay my money now
