Am recovering from Cancer after 5 years all I wanted was a payment letter so that I can be able to work and start paying my debt but what I got a simple receipt with no letter head,no full information I mean which company would accept that and after calling back I just got transferred from one person to another with no help.
I’ve been standing at the store in Promenade mall Cape Town since 8:15 opening time is 8:30 but until now store not open no explanation or apology from management.they busy with staff party during working hours with no care of their customers imagine on Christmas eve,we have so much to still do hence we woke up so early.this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my inter life
Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life .Wednesday the 3rd of September 2025 lodged a complaint about how disappointed I was about my mean and after receiving a call and being forced to take an apology as if nothing happened I then escalated requesting to speak to a supervisor but guess what my request was not just ignored I was then insulted with an email telling me how happy KFC is that I accepted their apology 😡😡😡the nerve. 2 days later after sending another complaint which I was now more ****ed about the apology email aKFC store manager contacted me and promised a30 min call back that was the turn around time provided to me but we now over 24 hours and I have heard nothing.
Today you still sending my final reminder for my claim when you the one's keeping my money.please do not get me 😡 Even your head od complaints Harriet Swatz is not coming back to me.my money please
It's over a week now all I've been getting is calls from Harriet Swatz complain team with no resolution to when old mutual is paying out my provident fund.to make it worse today in my condition after my accident I personally went in old mutual gugulethu Mall where they just putted me on a phone and was waiting over 20 minutes with no human being to talk to and as I was walking out in my wheelchair no one gave a care to even assist not even a supervisor
Ref 10889322/r003078d over 6 times I've been sent a link that takes me no where.i have emailed,registered on your website but still no where to claim for my provident fund please I need my money.your customer service is the worse experience I've seen.
I was referred from mellowed as my medical aid was no longer active.i have never seen such horrible treatment. I broke my leg but there were no wheelchairs or porters even when you do manage to get a wheelchair it would be taken my security saying it's for really sick people.just because someone can stand doesn't make him/her less sick to top it all the doctor/nurses want ukolula my broken angle without putting me to sleep,the whole day people were crying in that room because they're being treated like animals and when it was my turn I refused they then make me sign a refusal of treatment form.point of correction I wasn't refusing treatment I was refusing to be treated like an animal as if I have no rights.am not at home with a broken ankle getting worse everyday because of such treatment. Am so dissapointed
This is regarding my provident fund they gave me a turn around of 4-6 weeks but now it's 8 weeks I have not received my payment
Saturday the 27th I bought a 9 piece bucket at KFC century city when I got home to find it raw I have sent my complaint, pictures and everything but nothing from them.i have never experienced such customer service after spending so much money
