Please do not order from this website. I believe it is basically a scam. I ordered a septum clicker on the 18th of July and still have not received it and it is almost the end of August!! I took several emails to them for them to agree to a refund. They said the money has refunded into my bank account and will take 10 days to show up in my account. I said if I don't see the money in my account within 10 days, I will be taking further action. They tried to stall me by sending automated emails telling me to "be patient, your order will arrive shortly" haha nope, what a joke. Hope Crazy Factory goes out of business soon. I must have gotten lucky because some people who have reviewed have said they didn't even get offered a refund. I feel so bad for those people getting scammed like this. When you order something and pay for it, you expect it to be delivered within time frame (regardless of the covid-19 pandemic) There is simply no excuse. We don't want a refund, we want our packages. If i could rate 0 stars, I would. Let's see if i get my refund or they are bull****ting.

I Placed my order with them on the 8th of January 2021, it is now 9 March 2021 and I still haven't received my package. You also don't get any response from them when you enquire about your order. DON'T waist your money dealing with this company...They are either crooked or don't care about the customer at all. No doubt they will be out of business soon

Worst complany ever to order jewelry from!!! Everything looks so promising and once you are over delivery date its over. I have made contact with them via email and to surprise the parcel that should be delivered gets shipped without a tracking number. Wonderfull so wait patiently and over a month and still waiting for nothing but meaningless emails between me and crazy factory staff. I requested a refund short over two weeks ago and guess what.......... Still no refund. So fun seeing what crazy in the businesses name means!!!! Rarher change the name to scam as it sounds more like scamming than actual business

I spent quite a bit on my order that is now lost somewhere since the Crazy factory assume it's okay using the SA postal service to ship things from Germany without saying so beforehand. I have not received my order placed in early August yet and despite my insistence on a proof of payment of the refund they now owe me, all I get is very late emails insisting that the refund was made. This is the worst experience I've ever had with international online purchases and will never recommend the Crazy Factory

Placed my order on 25 July 2020. Each time I contact them they ensure it will be delivered. Their customer service is beyond terrible. And no tracking number to track the parcel - UNBELIEVABLE!!! In today's age and time one needs to be provided a tracking number. I am beyond appalled. [email protected].

I placed an order on the 20th of July and it was only shipped 2 days later on the 22nd of July. Today is the 13th of August which is the 15th / 16th working day (if you exclude the 10th of August which is a South African public holiday) after the order was shipped. Two consultants have confirmed this will be delivered within 10-15 working days. It is now on the maximum delivery period and there is no communication or indication as to whether my order will be delivered today still as promised. Their consultant Claudia is so rude so the service is poor and their delivery time was NOT honoured. Shocking, I will definitely not order from them again.

If i could rate 0 stars and put you out of business i would! I am absolutely livid! Today is the 24th working day awaiting my delivery, their pandemic delivery period is 10-15 working days which i understand but come on for effs sake 24 working days. You guys are so unprofessional you shouldn't be allowed to trade. How can you not have a tracking and cancelling system in place? How is that possible for an online company. I wasn't even offered my delivery fee as a refund. One thing is for sure i will never ever ever order from you guys again and will certainly commenting on your FB page to ward off anybody buying from you guys!
