as I have been paying for WIFI for 2 months now and have not had WIFI from the router has been delivered to me. I have exhausted all attempts to resolve the challenge myself by phoning, emailing and going to two different MTN store where there is no one can resolve the challenge. MTN store at Oakfield informed me that they are a franchise and can not assist me MTN store in Eastrand Mall whom tested and attempted to resolve my challenge without success as the consultant does not know what the online sales did. So I'm still sitting without WIFI and it is almost due to be paid again. Only to be called by MTN in Brentwoodpark Mtn by Catherine in attempt to assist me but can not give me assured that the contract can be cancelled or refunded. WOW I have to travel some more and loose more money due to MTN not having any service and being talked over what kind of wonderful client service this is. Agreed to have Catherine respond on the mail to confirm that I refuse to bring the router to their store and that MTN online has to resolve the challange. Next moment I receive another call from a male called Chad stating that they are attempting to assist me and I informed him that it is fine I have already made contact with the Onbudsman and only thing he can say it is fine to go that route I SHOULD JUST KNOW THAT I WILL STRUGGLE!!!!! WELL DONE MTN LET'S KEEP THE NO SERVICE FOR PAYMENT UP
With service within the hospital is good but having final reports and documentation completed and submitted to Discovery is absolutely ridiculous, I have been admitted at Glynnwood Hospital more than a month and a half ago and with multiple attempts to follow up and resolve the matter there is no assistance to resolve the matter even after being sent from pillar to post I need to do work of employees at Life and guess who gets notifications that payments are due???? A patient has to pay for staff that does not their work not even to mention that you do not get a follow up on a operation for endometrioses by Dr. Essel. What a wonderful way to treat patients and have patients pay for mistakes of a Dr. that does not resolve an issue he noted and then you have to phone and request for reports to be submitted to resolve the issue. What a wonderful way to have a hospital full of staff but only few staff members actually do their work. So after multiple attempts to resolve this matter lets start taking this matter further as it is clear that sending multiple emails does not bring any joy or resolution.
Worst complany ever to order jewelry from!!! Everything looks so promising and once you are over delivery date its over. I have made contact with them via email and to surprise the parcel that should be delivered gets shipped without a tracking number. Wonderfull so wait patiently and over a month and still waiting for nothing but meaningless emails between me and crazy factory staff. I requested a refund short over two weeks ago and guess what.......... Still no refund. So fun seeing what crazy in the businesses name means!!!! Rarher change the name to scam as it sounds more like scamming than actual business
For a mobile businesses you get more furstration than talking time. CELL C operators is being traned but does not seem to understand how the billing system works as each one gives a different amount out standing and then they act like a bank amd charge you for a debit order that has returned and claim that it is a re-conection fee...... So cell c i receive a call from a debit collecting company which means that you hamded my account over without written notification and then I get told the amount due is more than the operator has informed me......... So please lets see if you can get it right to see my payment that has been made Sunday of R950. 00 to cancel my contracts sothat my mother can be able to use her phone before she dies due to neglect and unsupported agents of cell c or will i be receiving a nother reminder of payment if FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN DONE. Please do feel free to use amount left of the amount due towards operators that wants to work and not just fill a seat with a horrible attitude that they think they owe cell c
Good day trust you are well. Im sending this email in hope that I can get a problem solved I have been having with Cell C. I am desperate need of assistance with Cell c as I have made contact with them on numerous occasions and still have no satisfaction and a bill to pay that should not be in arrears at all. I have been n a client of cell c for many years now and I have always had problems with Cell c and upgrades as I am located in Durban and the phones is with my parents. So making contact with cell c has been the worst experiences I have ever had. Since the pandemic started I have informed Cell c that I have lost my I come and will pay my account as I can everymonth. Not once was my parents phones been cut off or placed on hold. I always tried to make payments on time and always have been in contact with cell c regarding payment. With the fact of being in contact with cell c, I have never been informed of an activation fee if my debit order was rejected nor has the phones been deactivated untill a few days ago. Sincerely the phone numbers has been deactivated I have been struggling to get in contact with cell c via the internet and phone calls. I have reference numbers to confirm that I have been attempting to make contact and that rhe contact should not proceed as the end of contract date was on the 7th of August 2020. And to my surprise phoning cell c from a nother number numerous times i managed to get through and be informed that my account is so hight due to activation fees and a monthly fee for August. They have no right to keep me liable for an amount that I was never informed of nor can they charge me a full months fee if the contract end in the 7th of the month unless it went over on auto renewal which has been requested months before the time that it should not happen the contract is to end on the end date. Clearly some Cell c operators does not do they're work and then the clients has to pay for operators that does not do their work. From the phone being dropped in my ears to transfers. We pay for operators to assist to not just to use a service. Since lockdown cell c has been charging R70. 00 on re-conection fees but the phones has never been disconnected untill now. This is becoming a big problem as my mother is extremely ill and they can not even phone their emergency services to take her to hospital in emergency cases. My fathers father has passed and guess what cell c my parents could not phone out. This is not the first time I have had problems with cell c. It was good since the last upgrade but now since my contract was to end im getting billed for re-conection fees that I was NEVER informed of nor has the phones been disconnected and a nother wonderful monthly fee also added after I have stated numerous of times that the contact should be canceled as I can not continue due to loss of income. Keep dreaming on about products on take a lot!!!!!! I placed an order on Take a lot for a Samsung Toner which cost R285 in total and paid using PAYFAST. I paid R290 over into PAYFAST on 05/06/2020 using given reference PF30FC74CB2AEBC812 and my order was cancelled by take a lot as they did not receive payment from PAYFAST!!!!!!!!! But my payment was done within the 24 hour time period given and was paid in at the FNB ATM which is a cash deposit so it was available immediately. I made contact via email only to be told I have to do the same steps over and then select by paying via E-wallet and from there on a bunch of emails was received from PAYFAST that seemed like they have sorted the problem out but never did!!!!!!!!!!! I can not be held reliable for their ****ty system and under trained operators!!!!!!WFT send me the operators and Ill gladly train them on how to do client service and assistance. Now we do not hear anything from PAYFAST and FNB can not give us our money back as it has been paid into PAYFAST account. ITS CALLED THEFT UNDER PAYFAST UNDER SCAM,!!!!!!!!! We have to now pay double the price for our item we ordered as we can not get it from take a lot and not willing to support them at all any more. And I can assure you that I have warned a lot of people about the poor service and lack of interest to assist clients but rather take money that is easy in a pandemic time period!!!!!!! Funny enough you can not even phone them as they do not accept any phone calls now we know why!!!!!! To many angry clients due to poor service and theft oooooohhhhhhh no wait no service and only theft!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ill continue positing every thing as far as possible with all proof I have of this service that just takes a persons money

Cell c is at it again. Deducting money from my account where by I have not given any permission. Its months after my upgrade and all of a sudden they are deducting twice the amount from my account. The debit returned due to insuficant funds. So who is to pay the bank fees??????????? This is the 3rd time this nonsens happens to me with cell c and I am really tired of it now. Train your damn operators correctly as i wil not pay for **** they are doing nor will i pay for their mistakes. This upgrade was taken under fals pretences then!!!!!! Once the operators is called they can not even explain or they just drop the calls.
No words can describe how bad VODACOM has become.First false pretences then a strugle to cancelle the contract, then a struggle to get them to pick up theire own device and now a struggle to get my own money back.WOW well done VODACOM we can see where the service has gon to..... Not in to service but in to big man's pocket bet he does not have an idea what service is being given out!!!!!!!!I DID NOT ASK FOR A CREDIT I ASKED FOR A REFUND VERIOUS TIMES!!!!!!!!ARE YOU GOING TO PAY DEBIT ORDERS THATS BOUNCING ON MY ACCOUNT DUE TO YOUR STAFF'S STUPIDDITY?????I SO CANT WAIT FOR THE NEXT 3 MONTHS TO BE OVER TO CANCELLE MY CONTRACTS!!!!!Fast to follow up once or twice with empty promises and no intention to follow a request. Worst experience since i became a contract holder of VODACOM.They're call centre agents and sales consultants sit and get paid for giving FALSE information and then they make you pay for their mistakes!!!!!! I was contacted for a contract that would replace my current contract and to my supprize trying to sort every thing out i have been paying for something that should have been collected and best of all is I get told over voice log that the other operators did not log my calls byt i have to provide Refrence numbers even of the pick up order of RAM. Ram was sent to my property twice but ive never been informed and still paying but best is that there is no REFERENCE number on the system to show that RAM was to pick up the device but i should probive the REF number after NOT making contact with RAM. I've got supper powers,I can smell when RAM is at my property.Im not the one being employed by vodacom and sit infront of a comuter making notes on my account!!!!! Easy to take money but can't solve anything for customers. It's called Theft VODACOM. It's over a month and a half and I'm not getting no where with VODACOM. Wonderfull kak service and not making life easy!!!!!
