Placed my order on 25 July 2020. Each time I contact them they ensure it will be delivered. Their customer service is beyond terrible. And no tracking number to track the parcel - UNBELIEVABLE!!! In today's age and time one needs to be provided a tracking number. I am beyond appalled. [email protected].
I would like to thank Le Creuset South Africa, in particular John Koller and Natasha ( Le Creuset – Bedford Centre) for the exceptional service I received when my Le Creuset Cherry Heart Shaped dish broke. My dish was replaced within 3 days of me taking it to the Bedford Centre branch. I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends and anyone looking at purchasing Le Creuset products. You are proof that Le Creuset really do value their customers. Thank you.
I received a wooden cutting board/ cheese platter and cheese knife sometime ago as a gift. For some reason the crystal of the knife split and broke in half. I have sent an email in Nov/Dec 2014 and again in Jan an still no reply. I am appalled. No wonder people prefer to buy Carol B!!!! I can't believe nobody at Diana C even have the decency to respond!!
