The service quality of BobGo has completely fallen off a cliff over the past few months. What used to be a useful platform has turned into an absolute masterclass in avoiding accountability. The support team? Genuinely impressive levels of uselessness. Replies take days, if they reply at all, and when something actually goes wrong with a delivery, BobGo suddenly becomes an Olympic gymnast performing loophole acrobatics to avoid taking responsibility. Damage claims feel less like a support process and more like a survival challenge. Endless delays, zero urgency, and support that somehow manages to make the situation worse every single time. If you enjoy frustration, copy paste responses, and feeling completely abandoned when there’s a problem, then by all means use BobGo. Otherwise, avoid them at all costs.

Shouldn’t be called a courier company and shouldn’t be allowed to. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting level of service. Their so called ‘support’ doesn’t exist. Their call centre doesn’t take calls on a Tuesday morning…on a week day?????? MAJOR delays I trying to get my parcel delivered. Hadn’t the parcel over to RAM (just as useless).

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service received regarding my parcel delivery through Bob Go. For over a week, I have struggled to receive any proper updates or assistance. I have sent multiple emails and attempted to contact the couriers directly, but responses have either been delayed or completely ignored. Despite repeatedly confirming the correct delivery address, I continued receiving the same requests for delivery details instead of any meaningful assistance. There was also an issue with my parcel being incorrectly delivered, which has still not been properly resolved. To make matters worse, a delivery attempt was made at my workplace at 8:00 PM, well outside normal business and stated delivery hours. As a customer, I expect clear communication, timely updates, and accountability when issues arise. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and unnecessarily stressful. I hope this matter is resolved soon and that customer communication improves going forward.

You used to use RAM for bobshop delivery which was working flawless. Recently you changed to a company called Fastway. As a seller it is the second time trying to ship a parcel with this option. Ot seems these people are not really interested in providing the same quality service that Ram provided. I have sold an item on bobshop and booked the Fastway courier from the menu. It is the third day today and the parcel have not yet been collected from me neither has any attempt to communicate with me. How long must I wait until one day maybe they collect? In the meantime my customer wants an answer as to why his order made three says ago has not been shipped yet. This can lead to negative ratings and loss in sales for me as well as Bobshop. Attempts to communicate with Bobshop were fruitless as, as always, they don't even respond to the emails reaching out to them. For three days I have ween waiting for the courier to pick up the parcel until 18:00 in the evening dor nothing. I can't wait at the collection addres (my office) every day for weeks hoping thy would collect. Ram collected same day or next day, never later and always made an effort communicating. This is extremely disappointing and challenging as a seller on Bobshop. And, as I say, not the first time this happened since Fastway got your contract. It is 12;37on Friday now and the customer expected delivery yesterday ot today, as they already ordered around Tuesday. Your are going to lose customers and businesses if this goed on. And what I do not understand is that Fastway is in town every day, why can't they collect my parcel? Now my customer has to wait until at least next week. My question is will Bobshop explain to the customer why his parcel has not been shipped yet? Because they aught to, as I am being questioned why it haven't been shipped three days after the order. What's going to be done to this problem? Fastway is not the correct courier for the needs of Bobshop customers.

This courier service is completely useless. My parcel was collected on the 30th of April and today is the 6th of May, and I still do not have it. It was marked out for delivery at 08:58, and somehow they still managed to log two “delivery failed” attempts later that same day. No one arrived, no one called, nothing. Just updates on a system that clearly does not reflect reality. How do you go from out for delivery to failed delivery twice without even attempting to contact the customer? It is either pure incompetence or deliberate dishonesty to cover missed deliveries. The tracking is misleading, the service is non existent, and the communication is zero. Avoid this courier if you actually want to receive your parcel.

Booked overnight delivery on a Wednesday, parcel will only be delivered on Tuesday. Paid double the price for what will be economy delivery anyway. Now I have to drive 60KM to fetch at their depot. They were unsure where to deliver and no one from Courier Guy called to find out before they sent their drivers out for the day.
