Excuse for a courier company
Shouldn’t be called a courier company and shouldn’t be allowed to.
Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting level of service.
Their so called ‘support’ doesn’t exist.
Their call centre doesn’t take calls on a Tuesday morning…on a week day??????
MAJOR delays I trying to get my parcel delivered. Hadn’t the parcel over to RAM (just as useless).

Please note that the delays were unfortunately impacted by incorrect contact numbers initially being provided for both parcels, which resulted in difficulties coordinating the deliveries. We only received an alternative contact number on Sunday, with the correct number being provided today.
The delivery addresses for both parcels (UARGNLKPB & UARRKR9PB) have now been updated, and we are currently awaiting delivery confirmation from the courier for both shipments.
We will continue to keep you updated on ticket number #*** as soon as further feedback is received.
