No communication, charged double for standard delivery
Booked overnight delivery on a Wednesday, parcel will only be delivered on Tuesday. Paid double the price for what will be economy delivery anyway. Now I have to drive 60KM to fetch at their depot. They were unsure where to deliver and no one from Courier Guy called to find out before they sent their drivers out for the day.0 replies
