I spoke to the lady by the name of Constance Shiburu, Constance is helpful and she understands her job and very friendly. Most of the consultants i spoke to at Better Sure dont do as they promised, I have been waiting for the copy of the will so that i can sign it but up to today i havent received it and most of the time when i call i always get suprised as they always they dont see my Life Protection Policy but she managed to find it quickly and even promised to contact Wills department to send me the copy of my will. Thank you Constance Shiburu for putting my fears at easy. But as for wills department i am not happy i spoke to Marlene and we spent almost 2 hrs on the phone drafting will only to be told there is no will on the system then Jordan Grant promised to take over but i havent received any copy of the will or get a call from him as promised.

I have never been more disappointed. A piece of my roof flew off on the 9 May and I put in a claim. I never got a call back until I called them myself. Then I was called and told I will be assisted as soon as an assessor is available, mind you I have a hole in my roof with an exposed ceiling. I have sent messages and I call and wait on hold until I switch off. Today it is raining and I still am yet to get "emergency services" or an assessor to come see the damage. I am now forced to pay a company to fix it myself because I cannot continue living in a house that let's wind in all night. I am emotionally broken, the stress I am feeling due to this is draining.
