I have never been more disappointed. A piece of my roof flew off on the 9 May and I put in a claim. I never got a call back until I called them myself. Then I was called and told I will be assisted as soon as an assessor is available, mind you I have a hole in my roof with an exposed ceiling. I have sent messages and I call and wait on hold until I switch off. Today it is raining and I still am yet to get "emergency services" or an assessor to come see the damage. I am now forced to pay a company to fix it myself because I cannot continue living in a house that let's wind in all night. I am emotionally broken, the stress I am feeling due to this is draining.
