NO CLUE ABOUT PROMOTION
I received a mail on the 19th of August about a promotion at American Swiss and went to American Swiss Fleurdal on the Friday to buy a cross pendant and chain for my son and a bangle for my daughter, there they said they don't have any stock and will order from the other branches. On Saturday me and hubby decide to go to American Swiss in Mimosa Mall where I find the staff standing around chatting, I went to the lady and ask her about the promotion and the goods that I want to purchase. She said that she had no idea about any promotion going on there was not even a booklet about any promotion and she said she couldn't look on her computer as well. After a while I told my husband that we should rather go before I said something that is not neccasary. There seem to be NO communication between their head offica and shops. Pathetic service with no one knows anything about their products!!! Seriously???
