Good customer care from customer care and bad service from wills department
I spoke to the lady by the name of Constance Shiburu, Constance is helpful and she understands her job and very friendly. Most of the consultants i spoke to at Better Sure dont do as they promised, I have been waiting for the copy of the will so that i can sign it but up to today i havent received it and most of the time when i call i always get suprised as they always they dont see my Life Protection Policy but she managed to find it quickly and even promised to contact Wills department to send me the copy of my will. Thank you Constance Shiburu for putting my fears at easy. But as for wills department i am not happy i spoke to Marlene and we spent almost 2 hrs on the phone drafting will only to be told there is no will on the system then Jordan Grant promised to take over but i havent received any copy of the will or get a call from him as promised.

Policy
I would like to thank Phillip Seokho for his patience, diligence and help, Phillip managed to help me get my refund from Alllife. I cancelled my policy with them 4 months ago but they kept on debiting from my account for the past 3 months and today on the 25th November after i realised they debited again i called and Phillip helped me to get my refund and even correct the mistake that was made by Alllife. Looking foward to get all my 3months premium back.
