i am so Disappointed with EldoCoaches the way they running their business , they do not care about their clients , they protect their staff members stealing from the clients , the whole Eastern Cape General manager Threatening me that he is going to Sue me when i cry out from Eldo Coaches to help me to get my wife Shoes from one of their staff member , can someone help me to get my wife shoes from that who is working for Eldo Coaches in Mthata.
i took a trip to Mthata on Thursday 29 April with my wife ,we got to Mthata on Friday 30 April in the morning just before 8 and my wife she forgot her shoes under the seat we were sitting on , we were the last to get off , after few minutes we went back in to the bus to check the shoes , we did not get the shoes , when we ask the lady by the name of Apiwe she said the last people got of with your shoes forgetting that we were the last to get off , when we explain to her that we were the last people to get off she said she can not take the seize 7 shoes cause shes wearing seize 3 , the question was how did she knows the shoe seize is 7 if not sees them . we sent a mail on Tuesday 04 May to eldo coaches about this matter they never came back to me . can someone help me on this matter.
Hi,<br> <br> I went to check the voice recording again at the Boulders Virgin Active Branch, only to find out it was the wrong voice recordings again. Robyn promise me that she spoke to the Virgin active management team and now its more than 10 days that no one phoned me about this issue. Im really getting fedup with Virgin Active promises and i demand someone higher than Robyn to contact me so we can discusse this issue and sort out this matter once and for ALL...Can hellopeter please help me and this is my 4th message to complain and nothing is happening. Virgin Active always comes back with false promises. Im not a child and they must think before they talk to me.
Last week the lady from Virgin active head office phoned me and said somebody from the legal department will phone me to sort out the issue and also promise me that they will send me the voice recordings to the Midrand Builders Branch regarding our conversation about the theft. Till this day nobody phoned me and its really getting frustrated for me to wait for such a big company to not come to the agreement. so now hellopeter must help me solve this matter. I also want them to stop telling me about their insurance that i must deal with them, this is a matter between Virgin Active and the insurance they use.

I have a complaint against Virgin Active Midrand Boulders shopping Center. I hope you can assist with this issues I am currently facing. On the Thursday the 10 September 2015 I went to the gym at six o' clock left my money and cell phone in the locker that was provided by the Gym.<br> <br> On return from my gym session I found that my contents in the locker was stolen and brought the theft to the attention on management. Management informed me there was nothing that they can do, that's when I contacted Virgin Active Head office and spoke with Candice at the call centre she informed me to make an affidavit with a copy of cell phone price which will be submitted to head office to process the claim.<br> <br> Carryn the Legal manager at Virgin Active head office promised that my cell phone would be replaced, it's been four weeks later there has be no results regarding the replacement of my cell phones which is critical for my line of business. <br>
