Pathetic service delivery, they are more offline than online but you must pay for the whole month even though you get more off days then on, our businesses point of sale systems depend on wifi to operate, they conveniently send messages telling customers about outages but are slow to fix these problems.

We had problems with their service from the installation to the payments and all we get is promises. We wanted the black Friday special we sent our papers in and their emails didn't work. We had to physically take the papers in in to their office. We stayed in a different town at that time. We still had to pay the full normal price and we get bad reception. I can't believe they don't care for the business they get from us. I won't ever recommend them to anyone. We got better service from telkom

The staff was very friendly when getting me a quote on the network speed i wanted and the installation prices. they even adjusted it to what I already currently owned and allowed for payment to be done in installments which helped a lot to get the financials sorted. Phoned once after 10 and they still answered and even sorted my issue remotely. they have improved a lot in the past year. extremely stable connection where I stay and very reliable equipment that was installed

I asked so many times for help they juwt wont help me!! If you want to get this internet for online gaming dont they are the worst rather stay by telkom than this !! Keep getting lag spikes and they just won't help me they told me they cant find anything but the technician was sitting next to me while i showed him on my games that my ping spikes to 300 -500. But still cant find anything i am soo unhappy

Worst USP ever. We upgraded our internet from 2Mb/s line to 4Mb/s line and we currently have 0.2Mb/s or no connection. They refuse to rectify the problem even after emails and WhatsApps to them with our complaints. Don't use these guys, they throttle you and never have a stable connection.

We are currently on an upgraded line speed of 4Mb/s and our permanent speed is around 50-200 kB/s. Everytime we complain, they come out or fix the speed for that day, then back to slow speeds or no connection at all. I have recorded the speeds and they constantly throttle our internet. I am about to change ISP to a more reliable provider as anyone is an improvement over Xpress

We are currently on an upgraded line speed of 4Mb/s and our permanent speed is around 50-200 kB/s. Everytime we complain, they come out or fix the speed for that day, then back to slow speeds or no connection at all. I have recorded the speeds and they constantly throttle our internet. I am about to change ISP to a more reliable provider as anyone is an improvement over Xpress

Been a 3 year account holder with this company only to find out that they have been overcharging me by R140p/m when comparing their prices with their prices on the website. Also the R3500 I paid as an initial installation, which on their website states :"Connecting to Xpress network, ongoing maintenance and support of equipment". After complaining to them for over 2 years about dropped networks, slow network specifically asking them if the hardware is sound and them telling me it's not the hardware, they figured out it was indeed the antenna. Now they tell me they did not charge me for the replacement of this antenna out of the kindness of their hearts. They said they would split my network between myself and my mother so we don't infringe on the other's bandwidth yet that has not happened even though the contact person told me "it has been going like that for 2 months". They will not automatically drop your service fee if they do experience the ability to do so (this from the horse's mouth) but will increase it if they experience a need to do so. The technicians don't reply on the standby number. In short, money hungry, unhelping, and just a bad experience to the customer for myself and my family at the very least. If you want to use frognet prepare to use mobile data (as I am right now) because you will be offline alot.

With Xpress we paid allot for the initial installation, around R4000, then once installed we would experience times where the internet is non existant but most of the time extremely slow, so we upgraded our connection and now its even worse than before when we were only on a 2Mb p/s line. Their service is terrible, they ignore calls and could care at all about their customers!!! If I could advise anyone out there wanting to get uncapped Wifi, don't use these maney grabbing idiots!!!
