Such a disgrace!! You guys called me regarding my father's contracts , they usually call me because my father can't always answer due to being at work , i told the lady that , she got mad , snapped her tung at me and ended the call , Going to ask my dad to cancel all our contracts and move , never have i had this happened , been a customer for like 10 years plus probably, you are going to lose a good customer, always payed on time and this is what i get in return??
Imagine a world where you pay for a 500/250 fibre package and u only get 50-150mbps on that , then u are at the right place because vodacom will do just that for you . Let me remind u that u still gotta pay full price , soo i guess if u want to get ********** , Vodacom is just for you XD oooo and let me tell you about the ping , you know where ADSL's latency are usually 50-90 ms , well vodacom fibre gives u higher ping than ADSL , soo thats basically false advertising because the latency on fibre is not supposed to be dog ,Thanks for this *** vodacom
Unprofessional technical support My internet has been on and off for weeks with the ping being around 100-150 average, You guys keep on saying that you will call me back but 3 weeks later and still nothing, If anyone is considering herotel, please think again They won't even read my messages even more Been with them for 4 years and let me tell you it was a long road
Yeah , i really dont know how you can do this , they sended my order to the wrong branch, like my guy , my address is in my details , just lookup on google maps if you dont know where i am , like come on , i have been waiting 2 weeks for my ***ing order
I have never in my life, had such an awful experience, can't do anything with rain, download speeds are horrible, and you guys have the decency to tell me im to far away from the tower (im not) You keep telling me please reboot the device, please place it in a other place, i did everything i can, and you can't even own up to it, fix your dam ****, i don't pay you for nothing, taking our hard earned money, and in this horrible times as well, i know you guys are struggling as well but just admit to everyone you have a problem, i want my stuff fixed or i will report you to icasa
False advertising!!!! False advertising!! I have a big (moerse) coverage area by me and im not getting 1 ***ing bar! And now they telling me srry the tower is to far away but why would you advertise such coverage by me if you know the tower is far away,
False advertising, your coverage map says my town has 4G coverage but when i trie to use it nope sorry siirrr no signal for you i called them up and he literally said if i am not happy you can cancel simple as that, this is a disgrace
I asked so many times for help they juwt wont help me!! If you want to get this internet for online gaming dont they are the worst rather stay by telkom than this !! Keep getting lag spikes and they just won't help me they told me they cant find anything but the technician was sitting next to me while i showed him on my games that my ping spikes to 300 -500. But still cant find anything i am soo unhappy
