I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Microsoft and Xbox's handling of a *****ulent transaction on my account. Recently, my son's Roblox account was hacked, and a purchase of 22,500 Robux was made without any authorization or verification on my end, not even Verify by VISA on my Investec banking app. A total of R 3 999 was ****** from my account, yet the transaction was processed without triggering any Visa verification through my Investec banking app, which should have alerted me to this suspicious activity. After reporting this *****ulent transaction to Microsoft and Xbox, my request for a refund was coldly denied, leaving me with the financial burden of this unauthorized charge. Despite providing evidence of the hack and the lack of verification, both companies failed to acknowledge their flawed security process that allowed this transaction to bypass critical authorization steps. I am appalled by the lack of accountability and support in dealing with this *****. I demand an immediate refund of the ****** 3999 Rand and for Microsoft and Xbox to open a ***** investigation on the account. Their systems must ensure that unauthorized purchases cannot happen so easily, especially on platforms used by children. I expected much better protection and customer service from such well-established companies. Microsoft and Xbox, do better by your customers and rectify this serious breach in security!

I bought a Xbox s-series at vodacom Clearwater mall late last year.. fast forward the console stopped showing visuals so we returned in back to vodacom where we were told we need to book it in for it to be fetched.. we then packed the Xbox with the controller HDMI & console into the original box cause we weren’t sure what the actual problem is hence we sent the entire thing back! On the 6th August seabourne logistics fetched the package..Today 13 August only the console was brought back? When we enquired with the logistics company was told that we were supposed to bring the console only & not the entire thing! But now my question is if Microsoft got the entire box with all the contents inside why do they see it fit to keep what doesn’t belong to them? That’s *****ING!! Also how certain am I that I’ll get my original controller & HDMI? What makes it even more annoying is the fact that they don’t have a call centre or hotline so now I must bring everything here!! FYI I’m still paying for that Xbox & it makes no sense to A) pay for something that I can’t use cause it’s not the complete package B) I literally only started using this about 3months ago & it died on me!! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, all I want is the controller & HDMI back!!

Hi im writing this review as a ver 15 yrs ambasador xbox one game pass and gold customer the reason is that it came under my attention that microsoft and xbox are now only bringing games out for the @RR&_ console series s/x im not working and pay alot of money for gamepass and most of the games coming out are not playing on xbox one x wich i have why they cant equal all to play tje same game that comes out and saw they dont give a hell of their gamers just to make money im very dissapointed as i cant afford a series console wich i know my one x is better than the series s so why series console games not to play or compatible to play i dont know what to do as its not fun or lookinf forward anymore to play i think there is alot of gamers that wil agree with me on this soory to say but this is bull and not say the controller i received from the service dep is already gone broken whats happening with xbox was never like this evan its removed on my account how i can explaib that speechles so realy lets see how xbox are looking after there gamers date is the monday 07 aug 2023 19:30 time lets see if they will comeback on this

XBOX GAME PASS WHAT A CROCK OF @@@## I PAID FOR XBOX GAME PASS FOR THREE MONTHS IN A ROW HAVE TRIED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO USE GAME PASS ON EITHER MY PC OR XBOX CONSOLE BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK REQUESTED A REFUND BUT WAS TOLD THAT THE "PURCHASE" WAS MADE MORE THAN 14 WORKING DAYS AGO, THIS IS PATHETIC, THEY DON'T REPLY TO EMAILS OR YOUR MESSAGES AND WHEN YOU TRY TO TALK TO THEM "LIVE" YOU CAN ONLY DO SO MON-FRI BETWEEN 8 AND 5PM WHICH I CAN NOT DO AS I WORK .!!! I purchased an Xbox one the 26th of October 2022. I have then tried to purchase a game from the Microsoft Store. When I made the original purchase, it did not go through, however my account was debited. The second time it went through and my account was debited again. I began to download the game, and then left it to download overnight. In the morning the game refuses to start up. The message displayed was that I need to purchase the game before I can play. So I have been debited twice and still cannot play. I have tried to query with Xbox but there is no phone number. I tried sending emails but there is no proper feedback. It's now 08 November 2022, 13 days later and absolutely no feedback. Absolutely disgusting service.

Sent the below email to the Microsoft CEO hoping something would be done to assist me with returning my controller and getting a replacement as the left bumper stopped working just 2 days after the warranty expired Fri, 7 Oct, 16:05 (6 days ago) to satyan I have been trying to contact someone from microsoft for over 4 days now every time I call the call says to request a call online and when I request a call online I receive this error below: "Something went wrong on our end. We’re working on it. Try Again" And when I try again the error persists, my controller is not working, it's a small issue as the left bumper is not functioning , and my warranty literally expired on the 1st October 2022 hence I am requesting an exception as this issue occurred days after the warranty expired but I am unable to make contact. I am not asking for an xbox series x console to be sent to me but I am requesting that an exception be made with getting a replacement for my controller sent out given that I am unable to get any support on this matter for a few days now. If I continue to not receive any feedback then I might as well be given the latest xbox as it is not fair that those with better consoles have the option of receiving support faster. Dawood
