I ordered something on 24 Dec 2022 was promised I would receive it 2 Jan 2023 It is now 08 March 2023 they are not replying to my enquiries
XBOX GAME PASS WHAT A CROCK OF @@@## I PAID FOR XBOX GAME PASS FOR THREE MONTHS IN A ROW HAVE TRIED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO USE GAME PASS ON EITHER MY PC OR XBOX CONSOLE BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK REQUESTED A REFUND BUT WAS TOLD THAT THE "PURCHASE" WAS MADE MORE THAN 14 WORKING DAYS AGO, THIS IS PATHETIC, THEY DON'T REPLY TO EMAILS OR YOUR MESSAGES AND WHEN YOU TRY TO TALK TO THEM "LIVE" YOU CAN ONLY DO SO MON-FRI BETWEEN 8 AND 5PM WHICH I CAN NOT DO AS I WORK .!!! BUT YET ON THEIR WEBSITE IT SAYS THAT YOU CAN TALK TO SOME ONE 24/7] WHAT A LOAD OF BULL!!!!!!!!!
Highly disappointed, received my stock last week Friday 10/06/2022 09:35 which was short delivered. I have been trying to get hold of them since then to no avail. Whatsapp, sms's, emails, facebook messenger and calls aren't answered, they eventually called me back on Wednesday 15/06/2022 at 10:35 and said that I have not paid for my order, which I politely informed them I have and that the stock needs to be delivered and that I have a very impatient/ unhappy client that I now need to refund as they order is late. It's now Thursday 16/06/2022 and they can't/ won't do anything as it is a public holiday disgraceful, why are they even still open
Absolute terrible service from Pudo - Courier Guy Placed a booking with them on Tuesday and by Thursday morning they still had to collected from my supplier According to pudo it's because I didn't give a "invoice number" yet no where on the app is there any space for us to add invoice numbers or details They now refuse to give me a refund for something they didn't even collect
